SHAYNA cares about the privacy of everyone who gets in touch through this website. This page describes what the site actually collects, why, and for how long — a description of what the site does, not a generic template.

What we collect

This site does not sell online today, and no banking or payment information is collected through it. The only information collected comes from the two forms on the site, “Request a sample” and “Request a quote / place an order”:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Company name and field of work
• For a sample request: the address the sample should be sent to
• For a quote request: the fabric, colour and quantity requested, and when you need it
• Any note you choose to add

The forms do not ask for your email address.

How we use it

Only to answer that request: a call from our sales team, sending a sample, or preparing a quote. While online selling is off, every “order” submitted on the site is actually a request the sales team follows up by phone or message; payment and final details are always arranged directly with sales, never through the site.

How long we keep it

Submitted requests are kept to follow up your order and for our business records; the site does not delete them automatically. If you would like your information corrected or removed, contact us using the details below.

Rate limits on the forms

To stop the forms being flooded or misused, the site limits how many requests can be sent from one mobile number, and from one internet connection, in a given period. For that, your IP address is hashed one-way; the address itself is never stored, and the resulting value is used only to count requests, never to identify you personally.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tools. One cookie is set, to remember your chosen language (Persian or English).

Your browser also stores two things locally, neither ever sent to the server: the list of fabrics you have chosen to order (on this device only, until you clear it), and, if you tick “remember me” on a form, your contact details for auto-filling a later one — removable at any time from your browser settings or from the form itself.

Sharing with others

Your information is never sold or shared with a third party for advertising. Only SHAYNA’s sales team and management can see it, to answer the same request.
